No Control over Quality of training providers services::

This website acts only as a venue for training providers to advertise their services, products and its company profile.  Plus where business can research via the training needs analysis to establish the skills and screen or censor the lstings offered.  In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretences.  You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the website.

Training::needs.com.au is not to be considered to be an provider of training with respect to your use of the website and training::needs.com.au shall not be responsible for any training decisions, for whatever reason made, made by any entity utilising training needs analysis or "I need to find training" on the website.

No Control over Authentication of Users::
